NEW SPECIAL. Free shipping on all orders over $49. All other orders pay shipping costs of only costs $2.95 per order. Order 1 item or 10 items and only pay $2.95. UPS 2nd Day Air shipping is also available for an additional cost.
Payments:
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express). You can also pay using your Paypal account. Your payment information is processed using 128-bit encryption technology. Please note that a Paypal account is not required to make a purchase.
Sales Tax:
Items shipped to a North Carolina address will be charged 8.25% sales tax. No sales tax will be charged for all orders shipped to addresses outside of NC.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Please choose your personalization fonts and initials carefully. If you have questions, please feel free to send us an email and we can help assist you with your order. Due to the personalized nature of our gifts, we can NOT accept returns. If you have an item that is defective, please contact us immediately and we can reorder your item upon receipt of your defective item. We have thousands of satisfied customers and repeat customers. Q. How should I place a monogram order
A. Monograms should be entered in order as First name initial, Last name initial, Middle name initial. The last name initial will be larger than the other two initials in most cases. For example, if you name were Mary Ann Smith, you would enter MSA on your order and that's how your monogram would appear.
Q. How long does it take to receive my items?
A. Due to the personalized nature of your gift, please allow for 3 business days to process your order and an additional 5 business days for shipping (8 business days in total).
Expedited UPS 2nd Day Air shipping is available for an additional charge. Please select 2nd Day Air shipping to get your package faster.
Q. I have a question about an item.
